How we are paid

We buy the lane and sell it to you

The difference is ours, and that is the whole business. What you see is one number and it is the number you pay — no fuel surcharge appearing on the invoice, no “administration” line at the end.

What the spread buys you: a panel of carriers instead of one, somebody who already knows which of them is running empty on your lane this week, and a re-book rather than an apology when one of them lets you down.

What it does not buy you is a truck. We do not own one, and that is the point.
