Eleven lanes through London, one number

How it works

Three steps, and you only pay at the second one

1

Tell us about it

Where it is going, roughly what it weighs, and what is inside. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.

2

We price it

We weigh it at collection and send you the exact figure. Nothing is charged until you agree to it.

3

We collect and go

From your door to theirs, with every stop on the tracking page for you and whoever is waiting.

What changes when you send it with us

Booking with most couriers

The price is a quote, and a different one next week.
A card is held before anybody has weighed anything.
Surcharges appear on the invoice, not on the price.
Tracking is a carrier's own page you are handed off to.
A parcel that stops moving is a thing you have to notice.
The person who has it is a depot, not a name.

What size is my parcel?

The band is whichever is greater — what it weighs, or what it measures. If it is between two, price the larger one.

Where it is weighed, and where the price comes from

Why we publish

A quote is a way of finding out what you will pay

Not what it costs. It is why the same parcel gets three different figures on three different days, and why nobody can plan around one.

We publish 30 price bands and charge the one your shipment falls into after we have weighed it. When the weight is more than you said, the band moves and we tell you before the parcel does. That is the whole pricing policy.

Before you send one

All questions

When do I actually pay?

After we have weighed it. You get the price by email with a link to pay — the parcel does not move until you do, and nothing is taken before you agree.

What if I do not know the weight?

Estimate. We weigh it at collection and price it from that, so a rough figure on the form is enough to get started.

Can the person receiving it track it?

Yes. The tracking number works for anyone who has it, and the page shows the journey and the recipient name — never anybody's address or phone number.

What can I not send?

Cash, perishables, anything flammable, and anything a customs authority on the route prohibits. If you are unsure, ask us before you book.

Have something to send?

Tell us where it is going and we will come back with a price. It takes about two minutes.
